Worship Service
We have a very traditional worship service here at Pioneer. The service includes singing hymns, a time of prayer, reading God’s word, and a sermon by Pastor Rick. Communion is served once a month. On many Sundays we have special music provided by our choir, or other members of our congregation. Our worship services are designed to praise God while “recharging” the spiritual batteries of those in attendance. The sermons provide practical information to be used and shared in everyday life. Our worship service is also streamed live on the Pioneer Church Facebook page.
Youth Sunday School
Early in the service, the younger children exit to their Sunday school class. The class is designed to teach the children about God and Jesus using hands on lessons with lots of participation and some yummy snacks too!
Fellowship Time
After the worship service, everyone is invited to stay and enjoy some snacks while visiting with each other. This is a time when we share stories about the week’s activities and get to know visitors and new members.
Adult Sunday School
After Fellowship Time, the adult Sunday school class meets. This is a very informal class based on sharing our faith stories while studying God’s word. We all come away knowing each other better and ready to face the week with God’s word at our side.
